MILLING AND ELECTRO-EROSION
The milling and electro-erosion department processes special materials with work centres consisting of 3 to 5 axes, equipped with SPECIAL 3R tools and NIKKEN, SHOWA and NT mandrels.
All 5-axis machines feature presetting laser and RENISHAW testing systems.
All machines are connected via wireless to the technical office which works on CAD-CAM stations, able to manage and convert any type of mathematical format.
The milling department consists of 8 stations with 5-axis machines, 5 stations with 3/4-axis machines, 2 EDM machines and in conclusion, a boring machine with working surface of 2500x1200x1200mm, featuring built-in board.

TURNING
The turning department consists of 6 NC lathes and 3 parallel lathes, that ensure the same precision on small size components, as well as on parts of large sizes.
We are able to work bars up to a diameter of 700 mm.
